To qualify for a refund:

• You must provide clear photo or video proof of the damaged product

• The request must be submitted within 48 hours of receiving the item

❗ Non-Refundable Situations

We do not accept refunds or returns for:

• Change of mind

• Incorrect orders made by the customer

• Minor packaging damage that does not affect the product
